Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This policy explains what information Dragon AI Tools collects, why we collect it, and what we do — and never do — with it. We have written it in plain language on purpose.
ON THIS PAGE
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer your calls, respond to your inquiries, and deliver our services.
Information you give us directly
- Contact details — your first and last name, business name, email address, phone number, and trade or industry, submitted through forms on this website.
- Communications — the content of emails, text messages, and phone calls between you and us, including messages handled by our automated phone assistant.
- Service information — details you provide while we set up or support your account, such as your business hours, service area, and call-handling preferences.
Information from your customers
If you are a Dragon AI Tools customer, our automated phone assistant answers calls on your behalf and captures caller details — typically a name, callback number, service address, and a description of the problem. We process that information as a service provider on your behalf, for the purpose of delivering the lead to you. It remains your customer relationship and your data.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time on page, and the site or link that referred you
- Call metadata such as time, duration, and originating number
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the free call audit you requested
- To provide, set up, maintain, and support our services
- To deliver captured leads to you promptly
- To send service-related messages, such as appointment confirmations and account notices
- To send marketing communications, where you have opted in and only until you opt out
- To improve the accuracy and quality of our phone assistant
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Text messaging and your mobile number
This section explains exactly how we treat mobile numbers and text-message consent. It is the part most people care about, so we have made it explicit.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
In addition:
- Consent is always optional. The SMS consent checkbox on our forms is never pre-checked, and you can submit any form without checking it. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.
- We record your consent. When you check the box, we store the exact wording you agreed to along with the date and time, so there is a clear record of what you consented to.
- You can stop at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
- We never sell phone numbers. Not to lead brokers, not to advertisers, not to anyone.
Full detail on our messaging program is in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us operate — telephone carriers, cloud hosting, our customer relationship platform, email delivery, and payment processing. They may only use the information to perform services for us.
- With your direction. When you ask us to send information somewhere, such as forwarding a captured lead into your own scheduling system.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or a valid government request, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer. If Dragon AI Tools is acquired or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
As stated in Section 3, text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing beyond support subcontractors, and are never shared for marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand which pages people find useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by law.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, and then delete or anonymize it. Specifically:
- Inquiry and lead information: up to 3 years from your last interaction with us
- SMS consent records: for the life of the account plus 4 years, because we are required to be able to prove consent
- Call recordings and transcripts, where applicable: up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner
- Billing records: as required by tax and accounting law
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable service providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take this seriously and will notify you promptly if a breach affects your information.
8. Your rights and choices
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message
- Opt out of text messages by replying STOP
Email dragon@dragonsaitool.com to make a request. We will respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended gives you the rights listed in Section 8, plus the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for collecting it, both described in Sections 1 and 2.
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are built for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify you by email or with a notice on this site. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
