Everything about our text messaging program in one place: who sends the messages, what they contain, how often, what it costs, and how to stop them.

1. Program description

Dragon AI Tools operates an SMS program that sends account and service-related text messages to customers and prospective customers who have expressly opted in. Messages may include:

• Confirmation that we received your request or inquiry
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes
• Follow-up about a free call audit or a quote you asked for
• Account, billing, and service notices
• Occasional updates about features or offers, where you opted in to marketing messages

2. How you opt in

You join the program by checking the optional SMS consent box on a Dragon AI Tools form and submitting it. The checkbox is never pre-checked, and the form works whether or not you check it.

The consent language reads:

When you check that box, we record the exact wording, the date and time, and the page you were on, so there is a clear record of what you agreed to.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the stage of your inquiry. Most people receive between 2 and 8 messages per month. Appointment-related messages are sent as needed around a scheduled time.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Dragon AI Tools does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your rates.

5. How to opt out — STOP

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number.

You may also opt out by emailing dragon@dragonsaitool.com with the phone number you want removed. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email, and does not cancel any service you have purchased.

To rejoin later, simply submit a form again and check the consent box.

6. How to get help — HELP

Reply HELP to any message and you will receive a reply with our business name, website, and contact information. You can also reach us any time at dragon@dragonsaitool.com.

7. Supported carriers

Our program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliated regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Delivery is not guaranteed

Message delivery depends on your carrier and is outside our control. Messages may be delayed, filtered, or not delivered at all. Do not rely on text messaging for urgent or emergency communication. For a life-safety emergency, call 911.

9. Privacy and your mobile number

We never sell phone numbers. Our full Privacy Policy explains how we handle all the information we collect.

10. Messages sent on behalf of our customers

Dragon AI Tools also operates messaging on behalf of business customers who use our phone assistant. In those cases the business is the sender, and consent is collected through that business's own booking page or forms. Each of those messages identifies the business sending it and includes opt-out instructions. If you received a message from a business using our platform and want to opt out, reply STOP to that message.

11. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have authority over, the mobile number you provide.

12. Changes to this program

We may modify or discontinue this messaging program at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and where required we will ask for fresh consent.
